Great food, atmosphere, service! Right on the water, nice view of manhattan skyline. Guacamole is a great choice!

My second time coming back to Blend on the Water and I instantly remembered why I wanted to return! As you walk towards their wonderful entrance you get a grand view of the city and fall in love all over again. Making a reservation is always a good thing, in which me and my date did. We were seated in a private space which I believe host larger parties but it was perfect and the heating was a nice touch. The music was amazing and the staff was very friendly and did not miss a beat with the drinks and food orders. The dishes were fantastic! Can't quite remember all, but we ended up getting a whole 3 course meals with appetizers, entrees, and a very lovely tres leches dessert to end the night. We definitely had to take some food back home for leftovers and I'm glad we did. While we were wrapping up and about to leave, the manager came by to us and gave us a lovely farewell and thanks for coming and also a discount for next time! I will definitely make my way here for a third time and probably a few more to try the entire menu at this point.

Blend on the Water is a vibe. The place looks aesthetic with waterfront views that are perfect for getting some pictures or for a night out. The food was great , and the service was good for us too. The drinks were also amazing! I recommend

My cousin decided to throw her birthday dinner here. The ambience is pretty with a great view of the city. Be careful not to mix this location up with Blend in Astoria. We were able to choose what we wanted as part of the prefixed menu and added on several appetizers; The guacamole and warm tortilla chips tasted home made fresh with a nice puffy crisp; The Mac and cheese with chorizo adding on to the smoky taste had a nice creamy texture topped with panko for a little crunch. The braised short rib arepas was also flavorful with a good texture. The chicharrón de pollo skewers, it was tender and flavorful, soaked in buttery mango blanc sauce. For my entree, I chose the churrasco skirt steak medium, drizzled with chimichurri sauce. There was many of us, I feel like there should have been 3 dessert plates instead of 2. We had several drinks, the manager Dimitri was on top of things, making sure our experience was smooth. He matched our good vibes. We bought a couple of framed photos that were taken of us; someone would have bought more if there was a bogo, but photographer did not have any deals. From several years ago, the great quality of food and service has remained consistent. I highly recommend trying this spot out, if you haven't already.

Good vibes all the way around! Live music! Beautiful decor! Came here for my cousin's birthday dinner. There was 11 of us. Food was served family style except the entree. Started off w/ the appetizers of course. Guac & chips, chicken skewers,Mac & cheese w/ chorizo, & arepas! Yum yum! Everything was so delish! Demitri came to each table & introduced himself. He was really nice & even gave everyone free shots! He talked a lot w/ our group & visited our table numerous times to see if everything was running smoothly. Which it sure was. Next was our entrees, I was a little full from the appetizers so I ate a little bit. I had lomo saltado. Lomo is a Peruvian dish that consists of stir fried filet mignon sautéed in soy & oyster sauce w/ French fries, chimichurri sauce on top, onions, & tomatoes served w/ white rice. I ordered mines w/o the onions & tomatoes. Entrees came shortly after ordering. The mignon was so juicy & flavorful!I like that it wasn't overcooked. Next up was the dessert platter. I couldn't get a pic in unfortunately b/c everyone grabbed some right away. The dessert platter consiste of lava cake w/ ice cream, flan(caramel custard),& some type of cinnamon cake. I wish it was a larger portion. It was not enough to share. Staff was on point & very friendly. They came out & sang happy birthday to my cousin! My cup of water was never empty! Overall, a very nice experience! This was not my 1st time here but my 1st birthday dinner w/ the fam!

What a great time at blend on the water! We did a pre fix menu for my wife's cousins birthday. It was very lively inside the the restaurant. We were served quickly too! We started with guacamole and chips. The chips were crispy and very airy. The guacamole was fresh. The baked chorizo mac and cheese was absolutely delicious! Very creamy cheese and flavorful. I also ordered the seafood paella and it was very good. we had braised short rib fried arepas too that tasted great. We ate dessert and After a few drinks and the manager dimitri being a absolute blast it was time to go. I was happy with the overall experience.

Experience was delightful. Atmosphere was enjoyable and food was good. I must say that the service was exceptional. Lina, our server, was excellent, very attentive, friendly and professional. She definitely made our experience enjoyable.

Hosted a birthday here for 14 people. With that size you'll have to get the pre-fix menu, which had some good options. Booked two weeks in advance. Deposit upfront and also had to pick appetizers (family style) up front. Beautiful restaurant with lots of intimate lighting decor. Service was friendly. We did the guac and chicken skewers for the two apps, they were good. Drink menu was big, and the drinks were served pretty fast. Highly recommend the arroz con mariscos (seafood rice) for an extra $10. Overall a great birthday celebration for a big party.

Came here for my sister's graduation dinner. The restaurant is gorgeous, with flowers hanging from the ceiling and a beautiful cherry blossom tree with lights, it's great for photos. The only thing I would say is that the place is too dark, there's small candles on the table but that doesn't help. I couldn't see what I was eating. Regardless, the food was really good. I got the crispy chicken with a mango salad - I would highly recommend. Everyone else loved their food too. The drinks were super tasty and reasonably priced. The service was good and waitress was extremely nice. We also got a free tres leches cake for my sister's graduation which was so sweet! Highly recommend for a romantic date or good food.
